The small Chipotle Maple Smoked Beef Brisket Kit is a Chipotle flavoured brisket, sweetened with a touch of Maple and the tang of tomato. Each kit contains a jar of Texas Style Maple Mop Sauce Concentrate and a package of Chipotle Rub. Trim your brisket, rub it with Chipotle Rub and put it on the smoker. After 3 hours add 1 ½ cups of water to the Mop Concentrate and begin mopping the brisket. Perfect for the Christmas Stocking.
