Homelands Gourmet Slow Cooker Kits can be easily made in pressure cookers. Instructions for our Everyday Kits is shown below:

COUNTRY MAPLE POT ROAST KIT, DIRECTIONS FOR THE PRESSURE COOKER: Pour sauce in the pressure cooker. Stir in 1/4 cup of water. Rub contents of spice pack on the top, sides and bottom of the roast. Put roast in the pressure cooker. Close the lid tightly . Setting: use meat setting for 30 minutes.  Use quick-release to depressurize. Make sure the pot is fully depressurized before opening. OPTIONAL: If adding vegetables put them in the pot at this time. If roast is done remove now. Close the lid tightly. Setting: High for 15 minutes. Again use quick-release to fully depressurize pot.

COUNTRY MAPLE PULLED PORK, DIRECTIONS FOR THE PRESSURE COOKER: Pour sauce in the pressure cooker. Stir in 1/4 cup of water. Rub contents of spice pack on the top, sides and bottom of the roast. Put roast in the pressure cooker. Close the lid tightly . Setting: use meat setting for 30 minutes.  Use quick-release to depressurize. Make sure the pot is fully depressurized before opening. If roast is done remove now. If not then cook for another 10 minutes on meat setting. Close the lid tightly. Again use quick-release to fully depressurize pot. Transfer meat to cutting board. While you cut meat into 2” squares, remove excess fat. Pull pork with two forks.

COUNTRY MAPLE CHICKEN, DIRECTIONS FOR THE PRESSURE COOKER: Pour sauce in the pressure cooker. Stir in 1/4 cup of water. Coat chicken pieces with the contents of spice pack. Put chicken in the pressure cooker. Close the lid tightly . Setting: use meat setting for 10 minutes.  Use quick-release to depressurize. Make sure the pot is fully depressurized before opening. If the chicken is done remove now. OPTIONAL: If adding vegetables put them in the pot at this time. Close the lid tightly. Setting: High for 2 minutes. Again use quick-release to fully depressurize pot.
